Event Details Date: September 26, 2026 Location: 298 W Rock Creek Rd, Zirconia, NC Registration: Pre-registration only, closes on September 24th at 5pm URL: BikeReg Event Page Registration Information Number Pickup: Near the bike shop in the upper lot Waivers: Entire team must sign waivers at the bike shop Liability Waiver: All riders must sign a RRC liability waiver: iPads provided for convenience Team Requirement: All registered riders must sign before receiving race plates and shuttle wristbands Course Access and Fees Park Hours: Open normal hours on Friday: passes required for riding Course Availability: XCO, XCC, and slalom courses closed for pre-riding Friday: DH race track open Shuttle Wristbands: One free for coaches: purchase available online for those wishing to ride Coach Passes: Available only on the registration site: normal park pricing applies on-site Parking and Equipment Parking Location: Teams and trailers will park in the lower pasture area Traffic Direction: Volunteers on-site to guide traffic Trailer Drop-off: Allowed Friday afternoon or evening: not responsible for overnight equipment Practice Runs: Two required for downhill races with sticker verification Safety Regulations Helmet Requirement: Full face helmets required for all practice and race runs (downhill and dual slalom) Results Posting: Posted on-site and on Webscorer following each race Timing Plates: New number plates for chip timing: conference numbers not used Contact Information Brad Perley: 207-251-2471 Harris Wagner: 917-584-8973
