You'll learn about: Body Position: Neutral and ready positions Bike Skills: Bike and body separation, braking, and control Trail Navigation: Scanning, cornering, and controlling speed Technical Skills: Gearing and cadence, timing, and coordination Discount Information ARR yearly members (paying annually not monthly) receive a $100 discount on registration! Note: We will verify membership and cancel any discounted registrations that can't provide confirmation of membership. Important Details Check-in: Please arrive by 7:30 AM for check-in and a gear check. Start Time: CLASS BEGINS AT 8 AM SHARP! Lunch: We will break for a 30-minute lunch around noon. Lunch is not provided. Requirements: A helmet is required. Please wear sunscreen and bring plenty of water. Ensure your bike is in good mechanical condition.
