About this race

Race Overview Date: 2026-10-10 Location: 38260 Glenn Ave, Willoughby, OH Race Registration Age & Scoring Racing Age: Your racing age is your age as of December 31, 2027 (this is cyclocross after all). Field Separation: All fields will be scored separately. Pre-registration Call-ups: First 2 rows of riders pre-registered by 8PM the day before the event will receive call-ups based on Cross Results rankings. Group Staging: Riders will be separated into groups by start time within each wave. Race Day Procedures Staging Time: Staging will begin 10 mins prior to each race. Registration Hours: In-person registration opens at 9:00 AM and closes 15 minutes before the start of each race. Lapped Riders: Lapped riders will finish on the same lap as the leader and must yield to oncoming racers. Yielding Rules: Riders in danger of being lapped must not interfere with their progress. Safety Regulations Helmet Requirement: Helmets are required for all riders on bicycles, even when not actively racing. Audio Devices: Radios, iPods, MP3 players, earphones, etc. are NOT allowed while racing. Course Entry: Please do not enter the course while a race is in progress: announcements will indicate when pre-riding is allowed. Pre-riding Rules: Riders must enter for pre-riding after the finish line and only after the "course is open" announcement. Race Modifications & Costs Modifications: The promoter and/or race officials reserve the right to modify, combine, or cancel races due to various circumstances.
