About this race

Event Details Date: 2026-10-04 Location: 800 Patterson Ave, Akron, OH Registration URL: http://www.BikeReg.com/neocx-thrill Racing Age Definition: Your racing age is your age as of December 31, 2027 (this is cyclocross after all). Scoring: All fields will be scored separately. Call-ups: First 2 rows of riders pre-registered by 8PM the day before the event will receive call-ups based on Cross Results rankings. Group Separation: Riders will be separated into groups by start time within each wave. Staging and Registration Staging: Staging will begin 10 mins prior to each race. In-person Registration: Opens at 9:00 AM and closes 15 minutes before the start of each race. Lapped Riders: Lapped riders will finish on the same lap as the leader. Yielding: Riders in danger of being lapped must yield to oncoming racers and may not interfere with their progress. Safety Policies Helmet Requirement: Helmets are required for all riders on bicycles, even when not actively racing. Prohibited Devices: Radios, iPods, MP3 players, earphones, etc. are NOT allowed while racing. Course Entry: Please do not enter the course while a race is in progress. Pre-Riding: Riders entering the course for pre-riding must do so after the finish line and only after the "course is open" announcement has been made. Modifications and Fees Modifications: The promoter and/or race officials reserve the right to modify, combine, or cancel races in the event of insufficient entries, dangerous weather conditions or other emergencies beyond their control.
