We have members hailing from all parts of the DC metro area. Proteus Velo Club: Proteus Velo Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping members achieve higher goals in cycling. Event Overview Series: Hyattsville CX is a BikeReg Cyclocross SuperSeries event. USA Cycling: The event is held under USA Cycling permit #16158. Timing: Timing support by Insight Timing Services . Prizes: Prizes will be awarded as soon as possible after each event. Course Features Course Type: Route 1 Velo presents our Euro-style fast veldrijden course with a dash of technical challenges. Course Preview: R1V will be setting up the course on Saturday, September 20 starting early through maybe 2:00. Volunteers: Volunteers welcome and everyone is encouraged to tweak a bit for more flow or maybe for more technical turns.
