Volunteer Signups for WeROK August MTB Ride Thanks for signing up to volunteer at this month WeROK MTB Group ride! We look forward to riding with you soon! Meeting Location: Lower Lot, Turkey Mountain Urban Wilderness Park at 6800 S Elwood Ave, Tulsa, OK 74132 Important Information: Name Tag: Please come to the ride with your name written in big letters on masking tape. Arrival Time: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to ride start time so we can be ready when the participants arrive. Yellow Vest: Upon arrival, please pick up a Yellow Vest and rest your bike by your group sign. The riders will be looking for their groups by approaching the ride leaders/sweepers with Yellow Vest. Groups will be spread out, all leaving from the same field but in the small group you lead. Things to Remember: Bike Check: Check your bike and bring a working mountain bike. Hydration: Bring a water bottle or water bladder pack. Snacks: Feel free to bring snacks and beverages of your choice for Post Ride Social gathering. Conclusion: Thank you for volunteering!
