Maine Maple Weekend Ride Date: 2027-03-27 Location: Railroad Ave, Wiscasset, ME More Information: Maine Maple Sunday Ride Event Details Annual Ride: Join us for our 4th annual Maine Maple Sunday Ride! New Year Changes: The ride will be on Saturday with a rain/snow day of Sunday. Scenic Route: Includes 60-ish miles of beautiful mid-coast Maine back roads and stops at five sugar shacks. Experience: The route is 100% paved with a bit of a spring classics feel. Route Information Ideal Bike: A road or gravel bike will be the ideal mode of transportation. Previous Route: Check out last year's loop here: Last Year’s Loop . Duration: Expect to be out anywhere from 3-6 hours depending on fitness level and sugar shack snacks. Short Loop: There will also be a short loop option of approximately 30 miles for anyone looking for a bit less challenge. Participation Notes Climbing: This loop has one big climb but offers just shy of 100' per mile of climbing. GPX File: All registered participants will receive a GPX file for both loops via e-mail. Weather Policy: This ride is a go rain or shine! Options to defer or transfer registration available for extreme inclement weather. Supporting Trails: All proceeds go to support the trails in and around the Schmid Preserve in Edgecomb.
