Important Notices Registration Limit: Limited to 325 adult riders. No refunds: purchase BikeReg insurance. Weather Policy: Rain or shine. We will re-route to gravel if trails will be damaged. Cutoff Time: An 11:00 am cutoff for riders heading out to White Clay Creek on the long route. Estimated Duration: The ride may take longer than anticipated. Bring lights as it gets dark around 4:30 pm. Post-Ride Information Routes: We will provide RideWithGPS routes for bailout gravel routes back to Old Stone Cider. Last Call: Last call for drinks is 8:30 pm: Old Stone closes at 9 pm. Food: Food trucks will be on site until 7 pm after the ride. Opening Time: Old Stone will open for business at 11:00 am. Registration & Pricing Entry Fee: $69 ($59 until 6/15/26). Day-of Registration: If available: $80. Discount for Military/First Responders: Fee $20. Youth Fee: 19 years old & younger fee $20 - no late fees. Registration Schedule Long Route 50 Miles: Registration opens at 7:00 am. Riders must depart by 8:30 am.
