The Dirt Hosted by Bicycle Express - Bringing gravel riding back to reality - no podium….no timing….just riding a bike Event Details Date: November 9th Cause: Raising money for the Vermont Foodbank Entry Fee: $45 - ($6.00 goes to insurance, $10.00 goes to food/drink after the ride, the rest is donated) Included: Each entry will receive an after ride meal and a raffle ticket for awesome prizes. Additional raffle tickets will be sold at the event as a fundraiser for the Foodbank. Ride Information Start Time: 10am with food to follow Duration: Each ride takes about 3 hours Location: Ride begins from Bicycle Express : 23 Commercial Dr, Waterbury Village Historic District, VT 05676 Note: This is an end of the season ride ( not a Race ) Safety Reminder Visibility: Follow the rules of the road, be seen Equipment: Use a red flashing taillight Obligation: Each rider must complete the USA Cycling Waiver Status: Fun Ride Sanctioned under Permit Ride Options Recommended: Ride Option 1 - Out and Back on River Road – Approx. 19 mile Out and Back (shorter if you choose) - Details Ride Option 2: Short Course – 31 miles *this option is for those who are fully prepared with proper clothing/gear for the Wet and Cold - Details More Information For more details, visit the event page: The Dirt on BikeReg .
