Welcome to The High Ground Gravel Race Welcome to The High Ground Gravel race in Terra Alta WV! Hosted by WVGS, Pike Street Bikes, Mountaineer Gravel, Alpine Lake Resort, High Ground Brewing, Reynolds. This is the 6th and final race in the WV Gravel Series Race schedule 2026. Terra Alta is an amazing venue! Setting at 2500FT above sea level, you are in the mountains of WV! MAPS Long Course race starts 10:00am Route Link: High Ground Long (New) · Ride with GPS Medium Course race starts 11:00am Route Link: High Ground Medium · Ride with GPS Short Course race starts 12:00am Route Link: High Ground Short · Ride with GPS Packet Pickup Information Date: Friday, Oct. 16 from 6:00-8:00 at the Mountaineer room inside the lodge. Day of Pickup: Starting at 8:00am. Registration Details Online Registration: Closes on Saturday, October 10th at midnight. Day of Registration: Available at an elevated price of $100.00 (cash, check or card accepted). Open Time: Day of Registration will be open at 8:00am. Race Day Amenities Food: Race day food will be provided for all racers which is included in your registration fee. Nutrition: Well stocked Aid Stations along with Hammer Nutrition products, one of the WVGS sponsors.
