New England's Fall Classic: Lime Rock Park Epic Based at the legendary Lime Rock Park in Connecticut's Litchfield County, this gravel fondo showcasing waterfalls and covered bridges has emerged as an autumn classic in the Berkshires. Perhaps the most beautiful ride in the region, this course and format are welcoming to riders of most abilities on a proper bike. For those who want to go hard, the timed segments will challenge them. For those looking for a nice fall tour, these roads will enrapture you…especially given the fall foliage that peaks earlier than the rest of New England. Event Details Date: 2026-10-11 Location: 60 White Hollow Rd, Lakeville, CT Distances offered: Epic (70 miles), Explorer (55 miles), Express (25 miles) Post-ride meal: All riders will receive a meal and drink ticket for the post-ride celebration. 5K Running Race RETURNING FOR 2026: 5K Running Race to Support the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. After the gravel riders depart the venue for the Epic and Explorer events, organizers will hand the venue over to our friends of the Berkshire Running Center to host a 5k running event on the fabled Lime Rock Park racetrack.
