Riders must have: Membership: an active USA Cycling Membership License: the appropriate Race License add-on to compete License Requirements At the time of registration, all participants competing in the USA Cycling Collegiate Mountain Bike National Championships MUST hold a current USA Cycling Race License in the discipline of entry based on the following eligibility requirements: DH: Pro/1 DS: Pro/1/2 Endurance: Pro/1/2 Each license allows for promotion to higher categories according to specific guidelines.
