Event Overview Originally held in August of 1976, this regional technical mountain bike race combines technical elements of both cross country (XC) and aggressive trail riding features to create a unique competitive event. This is one race everyone needs to include on their race calendar, whether you attend as a rider or spectator. Event Details Date: Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 Location: Wildwood Ave, North Rim Trail, Easter Cross parking lot, Chico, CA Two Day Event: This year we will hold a two day event. Registration: This event has sold out in recent years. I would register ASAP. We're keeping the entry fees low. Race Categories Runners Event: There will be a runners event. Beginner XC Course: We will have a beginner XC course. E-Bike Class: There will be an E-Bike Class. Intermediate XC Course: There will be an Intermediate XC course. Courses Available XC Course: There will be an XC course. Super D Course: There is also a Super D (Downhill) course. ALL Mountain Event: The ALL Mountain is the BIG DOG event, combining the XC with the SD. Riders will first compete in the XC and then the SD. Transportation Reminder: Please note all SD riders need to arrange for transportation to the top of the start of the SD. You can only use one bike.
