Registration Information Pre-registration: Closes Friday September 25th at 5 PM. Day-of Registration: An additional $10 fee applies. Cash or Checks: Accepted for day-of registration, no credit cards. Pick Up: Opens at 7:30 AM and closes 30 minutes before each race. No refunds except for circumstances detailed in the "Race Cancellation Policy" below. Licensing Requirements USAC permit #TBD. All racers (except for the kids race) must present a valid license at registration and sign a USAC event release form. Smart phone license verification is accepted: download the USAC app for better viewing. Beginner One-Days: One-Day licenses for beginner categories are $15. Experienced One-Days: Costing $35, available on USA Cycling’s website. USAC annual license renewals will be available on USA Cycling's website or at the race. Venue Information Location: Pennypack Park, 7801 State Road, Philadelphia, PA 19136 Pre-riding: NO PRE-RIDING IN THE PARK PRIOR TO RACE DAY Equipment: Mountain bikes allowed (no bar ends or aero bars).
