SCHEDULE Check-in: 8AM 5k race: Starts 9AM 10K race: Starts ~10:30AM RACE DETAILS Medals: Will be awarded to top three overall finishers and top three Delaware resident finishers (men and women) in the following age categories - 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84 5k Course: Mostly flat 10k Course: Includes some technical sections in the first 5k (tight radius turn and some chicanes): the second half is the 5k course. No turnaround required Trail Condition: Course is on C&D Canal Trail - 2 lanes wide, paved surface in very good condition Trail Users: Course will not be closed to other users (walkers, dog walkers, joggers, and casual riders) so be aware of these potential hazards. Canal Trail does not get high volume of users on weekdays during early morning hours.
