Event Overview Celebrate the legacy of bicycling left by our own Glens Falls native, Harry Elkes, 1900s world-class bicycle racer. Meet at The Hub. Choose from 4 rides to fit your level of ability and enjoyment. Ride with other bicyclists along scenic North Country roads and lakes.
