Race Headquarters Race headquarters and staging is located at the Oatmeal Community Center, 8306 CR 336, Bertram, TX . Registration Online Registration: Online registration is open and entries are fully refundable before Sept 14. Late Fee: A $15 late and onsite registration fee will be added after Wednesday, Sept. 16 at 5 pm. Closing Time: Registration closes at 6 pm on Friday, Sept. 17. There will be no onsite registration. Discount for Juniors: Juniors under 19 may register at a discounted rate (subject to price increases/late fees as stated above). USA Cycling License License Verification: USA Cycling licenses are being verified. Your license must match the category you seek to enter. Pre-Race Issues: Please address any issues before race day (USAC is closed on the weekends). Staff Limitations: Race staff will not be able to help you fix your USA Cycling license issues. Volunteers Hosting races is only possible with the help of volunteers. As a sign of our gratitude, volunteers will receive a complimentary race entry. Course Details Loop Distance: The race takes on a 13.3 mi loop beginning at the Oatmeal Community Center and heading north on FM 243. Turn Directions: Racers will turn right on CR 321, right on FM 1174, and right again on FM 243 to complete the loop. Finishing Sprint: On the finishing lap, racers will sprint for the line at the top of the hill just south of the community center.
