Event Schedule 5:15PM : On-Site Registration Opens 6:00PM : Track Opens* Sunset : Track Closes *Timing subject to change. The Event Director will send an email on event day with final timing and check-in/parking information. Safety Information ALL : Bike Night participants are REQUIRED to wear a helmet while on track, regardless of age. Please bring your helmet with you to the event! Class 1 : Pedal assist bicycles are permitted at Bike Night. We do not allow Class 2 or Class 3 electric bicycles. Any bicycles with a motorized throttle are prohibited during Bike Night. Additionally, skateboards, electric skateboards, scooters, electric scooters, roller blades, and electric unicycles are not allowed. Other Information Rentals : We do not have bicycles available for rent. Payments : We are a cash-less venue. Weather : Operating hours and openings may be impacted by weather conditions. Riding in wet conditions is not permitted. Temperatures above 95 or below 45 degrees Fahrenheit, high winds, rain, or extreme heat warnings issued by the National Weather Service may limit operations.
