WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE BIKE CARMEL ROUNDABOUT RIDE Are you ready for the big ride? There is a lot of pertinent information for us to share, so here’s the breakdown of what you need to know before the event. We look forward to seeing you at the start line! REVERSE PACKET PICKUP Check-in Time: Riders will check-in at Midtown Plaza near the start line between 7 and 7:45 a.m. Wristbands: At check-in, you will receive a wristband. All riders participating must wear their wristbands during the event. Post-Ride: After your ride, stop by the Bike Carmel tent to pick up your finisher prizes, drink, and food tickets, and other Bike Carmel goodies. No Extra Trip: This way, you don’t have to carry your stuff on the ride or make an extra trip back to your car before the start! SUNDAY MORNING Start Time: The start time is 8 a.m. but check-in starts at 7 a.m. Location: The start line is on Elm Street in front of Javahouse. Parking: Parking is located in the Midtown North Garage (access from Veterans Way, see map below). AREA MAP This will be available at the event. COURSE & SAFETY PENDING CHANGE IN 2026: The course has been painted with Yellow "C's" and a directional line to guide you through the routes.
