Membership Requirement: Riders must have both an active USA Cycling Membership and the appropriate Race License add-on to compete. UCI ID: Elite/Open 19+ and Masters 35+ riders earning a podium placement and/or qualifying for a world championship event must have a UCI ID, obtained by providing proof of citizenship within 30 days of the event.
