Welcome to the Old Settlers Tour de Pines! All proceeds benefit the Old Settlers Reunion event and scholarships. Registration Information Early Bird Registration: Until 8/3/26 at 5pm, $45, and includes a t-shirt and swag bag. Late Registration: From 8/4/26 through event start, $50, and does not include a t-shirt or swag. Event Dates: August 15, 2026. Check-in: Begins at 6:45 am on event day: early packet pick up will be August 14 from 4:30pm to 8pm at the Hainesville Volunteer Fire Department, 3312 FM 49, Mineola, TX 75773. Event Details Tour Start Times: 62 mile tours at 7:30 am, followed by 40 mile tours, and then 27 mile tours. Camping: Available at the Hainesville Fire Department. Contact Mike Gilmore at 903-850-2460 for more information about tent camping registration. Safety: Helmets are required for all riders. All routes are on improved roadways. Rest Stops: There will be 5 rest stops with water, Gatorade, pickle juice, snacks, and bathrooms. SAG Services SAG Support: There will be SAG support available during the race. Route Options: There is a cut on the 27 mile route that takes it to 15 miles total. Just sign up for the 27 mile route and take the cut as marked.
