Eligibility Requirements Active License: ALL RIDERS who participate in our USA Cycling sanctioned track races MUST have in their possession an active annual USA Cycling license. Velodrome Qualification: Riders must qualify to race at a velodrome - NO EXCEPTIONS. Certification Approval: TRACK RACE CERTIFICATION AND CATEGORY UPGRADES MUST BE APPROVED BY USA Cycling. Track Race Category: Please determine and confirm your TRACK RACE CATEGORY prior to sign-in/registration of races. Track Bike Specifications Bottom Bracket Height: Must be 11.5" from ground to center of spindle. Crank Arm Length: Maximum length is 170mm. Equipment Inspection: Track bikes and equipment are subject to inspection. Compliance: Failure to meet set specifications will result in exemption from racing without refund(s).
