Event Overview Fresh off of the release of the new Ely Gravel Adventure Field Guide, The Rotary Club of Ely is excited to expand gravel cycling in Nevada by producing the second annual Tour de Schell, a gravel race through Nevada's copper country. Cyclists will get the option to choose from 4 routes that will showcase some of the finest gravel in Nevada. Route Options Long Distance: 118 mi. 5,438 ft of gain Medium Distance: 81 mi. 4,084 ft of gain Short Distance: 64 mi. 3,575 ft of gain Fun Course Distance: 47 mi. 1,556 ft of gain GPS of the routes and maps coming soon. Event Activities Community Hospitality: Participants will be treated to western hospitality on and off the course. Food and Drinks: Enjoy a variety of food and drink options at the event. Music and Entertainment: Live music and activities will be available throughout the event. Weekend Fun: Experience activities in the community all weekend.
