Pedals and Passport Date: August 8, 2026 Location: 4200 Malden Rd, Windsor, ON N9C 2G2, Canada Register Now EVENT OVERVIEW Pedals and Passport is the signature event of the Metro 313 Cyclones - Major Taylor Detroit . This fun international event and historic path of the Underground Railroad focuses on scenic cycling just across the United States border in the country of Canada . Travel: Low elevation cycling to Windsor, Ontario. Routes: Three options taking you through historic cities of the Underground Railroad. Scenery: Coastal views of the Detroit River. The Gordie Howe International Bridge will be OPEN in time for Pedals and Passport. Our long wait full of promises and delays is over! July 27: The bridge opens to Vehicle and Commuter traffic. August 5: The bridge opens to Pedestrians and Cyclists. Details: No fee to walk or cycle into Canada: charges apply to vehicles. Note: Your passport is still required to walk, cycle, or drive between countries.
